Description: Duck River Outdoor Expo Sponsorships 2026
Location: Henry Horton State Park
Henry Horton State Park will be hosting the third-annual Duck River Outdoor Expo July 10th-12th. This expo fosters a deep appreciation for the Duck River while inspiring individuals to get out and explore the outdoors through a variety of adventure-based activities. Some of the activities include the Run Duck Run Duathlon, Mountain Bike Race, Mad Mallard Ultra Run, and more. On July 11th, in addition to the recreational events, we will have a full day of educational booths and outdoor exhibitors, a nature market, a kids' zone, live music, and food trucks free to the public.
The expo benefits Henry Horton State Park and the conservation of the Duck River. The park is looking for local sponsorships for the event. These sponsorships will help fund our recreational events. Other areas that the donations will be allocated to include educational demonstrations, live entertainment, the kids’ zone, and the conservation efforts on the Duck River, benefiting those in attendance and Henry Horton State Park.
Your contribution helps to make the Duck River Outdoor Expo an enjoyable experience for visitors, exhibitors, and park staff – and helps cover the following purchases:
- Cooling tents and fans
- Signage
- Generators
- Waters/Gatorades/Meals for exhibitors and educators
- Race equipment/essentials
Our sponsors will be recognized on event signage, social media, and have the opportunity to provide their own branded signage for the event. Businesses that choose to sponsor a specific activity or attraction can have signage displayed at that location featuring their company logo and recognition as the sponsor of that area. In addition, all sponsors will be recognized in our designated sponsorship area, where we will display a sponsor banner featuring participating businesses. Sponsors are also welcome to provide and display their own company signage in this area. Lastly, sponsors will get a shout out on social media. While the Expo itself is completely free and open to the public, the only paid activities associated with the event are the registered races. Our goal is to continue providing a free, educational family-friendly outdoor event for the community, and sponsorship support plays a major role in making that possible. We sincerely appreciate any level of support and are grateful for businesses that help make this event possible for our community!
We greatly appreciate any and all donations to the park for this event and the conservation of the Duck River. Donations are accepted via check, cash, or online. Donations online can be achieved by using the "Register for Event" button and you can add more quantity for the desired amount of donation. Checks should be made payable to “Henry Horton State Park- DROE". Donations can be dropped off in person at our Visitor Center or mailed to:
