Do you have family in for the Holidays? Want to get out of the house and show them around area? Then this program is for you. Meet the Park Ranger at Sugarloaf mnt. Park located below Ocoee #1 Dam and follow him as he stops at all the best places around the River. This is a great opportunity get familiarized with the River and different options of activities available. We will stop at picnic areas, trailheads, boat access, swimming areas, and maybe even a waterfall. We will meet in the parking lot and people might want to car pool or just have a caravan of cars as we go around the area. There will be some walking and possible a little hike so wear shoes and clothes suited for the outdoors. Bring some water and some snacks also. This program is ideal for new people to the area or anyone wanting to get more familiar with outdoor activities.
