Join Park Staff for a guided hike and creek crawl to the top of Cummins Falls!
Participants can plan to embark on a 1-mile hike with slick, uneven terrain once reaching the river. From there, plan to be on the lookout for critters found within The Blackburn Fork River.
Sturdy, close-toed shoes are required. Park staff will give participants the opportunity to learn the practice of silt netting and aquatic animal identification. Plenty of water and a light snack is recommended. Children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket.
Cancellation Policy:
This program requires one participant in order to be held. In the case of inclement weather, participants will be notified via park staff.
