Ranger Kenya, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, will take couples on a journey of connectedness to one another through yoga in the Interpretive Center, 1442 Pavilion Drive.
The word yoga means to yoke or join together. This applies to an individual's mind, body, and spirit. It can also apply to joining two people together.
While everyone is welcome, this session is intended for adult romantic partners.
