This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join SIR Kandace to learn a few basic embroidery stitches and create a beautiful corner bookmark featuring flowers. As we stitch, we’ll talk about the summer season and the changes happening across the park. We will also look at some of the history of embroidery.
This program will last around 2 hours and is recommended for those aged 12 and up who are interested in learning a fun and practical craft. Children between the ages of 8-11 may participate with adult assistance. This program is not recommended for younger children.
Please keep in mind that this program uses sharp needles. All supplies will be provided by the park.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled.
