Join SIR Kandace to learn the basics of fire making. We will talk about the things you need in order to start a fire, how to be safe around fire, and some things that were historically used to start fires. We will also get to enjoy some s'mores!
This program will last around 1 hour and is recommended for people aged 12 and older who are interested in things like hiking, camping, and/or cooking over outdoor fires. Kids under 12 may participate with adult supervision and assistance.
All supplies will be provided for the program. Please register to ensure we have enough supplies.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
