This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Nature journaling is a fantastic way to connect with nature and record your thoughts and observations about nature through writing and drawing. You don’t have to be an artist to nature journal!
Meet SIR Kandace at the museum to get started. We will create our own nature journals while learning about the different things we can use them for. After this, we will have the opportunity to use our nature journals, going on a short walk and reflecting on the things we see. Come improve your observation skills and deepen your connection to the natural world!
All materials will be provided by the park, but you are also welcome to bring your own journals and supplies. Wear sturdy shoes!
This program is open to everyone!
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
