This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Come make your own bee hotel to support our pollinator friends and discover how pollinators are essential to our ecosystem!
This fun and educational program is recommended for all ages and is perfect for those interested in learning more about our native pollinators and how we can help protect them. Children age 6 and under may participate with adult supervision.
Pollinators play a very important role in maintaining a healthy and biodiverse ecosystem. They are essential for most plant reproduction, our food supply, and the overall health of the planet. During this program, we talk about some of the native pollinators that you may see in your backyard and make a hotel that you can take home to welcome them.
This event will take place in the park’s museum. All supplies will be provided by the park.
Please review the attached Essential Eligibility Criteria to prepare for the program.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled.
