Meet Ranger Jeremy at the Cub Lake Trailhead near the Rec Lodge at 10AM on Saturday February 21st to talk all about beavers! Learn how beavers shape their ecosystem, how they cut down trees, and get to feel a beaver's pelt, and see how a beaver trap works! We'll take a short hike along the Cub Lake Trail to see beaver activity and point out how they are shaping the landscape.
Hiking boots/shoes, weather appropriate clothing, snacks, and water are recommended.
This program will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
