This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Participants will learn about what makes up a state park and why it’s important, then using things found in the natural world around us, they will create their own “model state park.”
Bug spray is recommended, as we will be near wooded areas and may walk through taller grass/weeds. This program will take around 30-45 minutes and all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged, but children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
