Blacklight Moth Cloth and Spider Sniffing
Meet at the Gee Creek Amphitheater located next to the boat ramp.
There are over 1600 documented species of moths in the state of Tennessee! Join Interpretive ranger Andy to see what we can attract on this warm summer night! Maybe we will encounter the beautiful luna or imperial moth!
Additionally, bring a flashlight or headlamp for spider sniffing! We will not actually be sniffing the spiders, but “sniffing” them out in the forest when their eyes reflect the light from our flashlights.
