This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join TN Naturalist Amber at 9:00am on Saturday, March 14 at the Pickwick Landing State Park Visitor Center. We will take a casual walk of approximately one mile of paved park roads and the Lake Trail to see what kinds of birds we can spot. This is a relaxed hike where you are welcome to bring binoculars, a camera, or just show up to see what we can see. If you would like to document your sightings in the Merlin App, Amber will be happy show you how! Please wear appropriate walking shoes, dress for the weather, and bring something to drink.
Help our parks grow! Your generous donation helps us enhance our park. While the Birdwatching Walk is free for everyone, we also have ticket options that include donations. Would you consider donating today?
Curious about accessibility? Pickwick Landing State Park is happy to now provide access to a free to use All-Terrain Wheelchair for use on our trails and around the park! To learn more and request to use the wheelchair, please visit the link below.
