This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Join us for a special Birds of Prey Program featuring live raptors from Owl Ridge Raptor Center! This fascinating and educational presentation will give you a close-up look at some of Tennessee’s incredible birds of prey, including hawks and owls. Staff from Owl Ridge will share inspiring stories of rehabilitation, rescue, and release, and discuss how their work helps protect and care for injured birds. This is a great opportunity to learn about native wildlife and the important role of raptor centers in conservation.
This program is recommended for all ages. Please meet at the Bluebird Barn at 1:00 PM. The program will last approximately 1 hour and will include a seated presentation followed by a short Q&A session with the Owl Ridge team.
This is a free program. However, we strongly encourage participants to bring a cash donation to support Owl Ridge Raptor Center in covering the cost of food and medical care for the birds.
Pets are not allowed on programs, except service animals.
