This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Birding can be tricky, especially in the summer when all the fun warblers are hiding high in the canopy. Did you know that every bird species has its own unique song/call? You don't even have to see them to know your surroundings! Join Seasonal Ranger Ashlyn on a hike through the park to learn how to identify birds based on their songs!
Please come prepared to hike ~1.3 miles through Tall Timbers and Christmas Fern Trails. Both trails are rated easy. Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate shoes for hiking. Binoculars are recommended, but not required!
This program is free, but donations are always appreciated and go towards funding our parks! Thank you!
