Join Ranger Stephanie as we take an early morning walk learning about and identifying some of our summer resident birds and plants/trees found in the park. During our walk you can learn tips and tricks that will help making you a better birder and put your newfound skills into action. Participants will learn about the natural history of some of the flowers, plants, and trees that we explore. Binoculars are available upon request, and participants are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes/boots. Terrain is an easy flat trail between 2-3 miles and will begin up at the Bluebird Barn at 8:00 AM. Don’t wait, sign up today!
If you have any questions regarding this program please contact Ranger Stephanie at stephanie.mueller@tn.gov or 865-333-8270. Program registration is $6 for ages 6+ years.
