In this hands-on class, participants will delve into the fundamentals of forging while creating their very own BBQ fork and steak turner. Whether you're a complete novice or have dabbled in metalwork before, this class welcomes individuals aged 16 and above to explore the artistry and tradition of blacksmithing.
Throughout the course, Bill will guide you through the rich history of blacksmithing, offering insights into its evolution and significance. You will gain a deeper appreciation for this time-honored craft.
Equipped with all necessary materials, supplies, and tools, participants need only bring their enthusiasm and eagerness to dive into the forge. Under Bill's expert tutelage, you'll learn essential blacksmithing techniques, including the art of drawing out, twisting, and splitting metal.
