During the Great Depression, people had to "make do" by reusing, recycling, and repurposing everything. They did not have the common amenities we have and use today, even refrigerators. So how did they keep food fresh?
Come by the Sadie Ford Heritage Farm and learn a little more about this and make your own Beeswax Food wraps to take home.
These are historical and a great sustainable resource for your everyday kitchen.
