Join us for a fun, hands-on nature craft inspired by Tennessee’s native prickly pear cactus! Participants will create their own colorful beaded cactus to take home while learning about the prickly pear’s unique adaptations, its role in the cedar glade ecosystem, and how native plants survive in challenging environments. This program combines creativity, nature, and a little botanical discovery!
