Tennessee is home to 22 species of frogs and over 60 species of salamanders. Join Seasonal Ranger Ashlyn to learn about amphibian adaptations and how Tennessee supports such diversity!
Guests will be guided along parts of Elkins trail down to the lake to search for salamanders. The hike will total around 2 miles and is rated moderate. Please come prepared with appropriate footwear and a water bottle.
Please meet Seasonal Ranger Ashlyn at the Canteen parking lot by 5:00 PM.
