Description: Advance Needle Felting Class-Christmas Edition
Location: Cordell Hull Birthplace State Park
Discover the art of needle felting in this festive, hands-on workshop with Sue Duncan! Needle felting is an ancient fiber art that uses a special barbed needle to tangle and compact wool fibers into shapes and three-dimensional creations.
In this class, participants will create their choice of a 3D snowman, Christmas gnome, or Santa Claus using wool fibers. Each participant will take home their handmade holiday creation, perfect for decorating your home or giving as a special gift!
Sue Duncan is a retired park ranger from Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area with more than 30 years of experience in historical interpretation and education. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and creativity with you!
