This program is designed for adults aged 50+ who want to engage in aquatic exercise and relaxation at their own leisure. Registration is required.
The pool will be open an hour early for adults aged 50 and over. This is a great opportunity to work on aquatic strengthening and cardio before the pool opens to the public. The program is not guided, but lifeguards will be on staff and supervising.
The pool opens to the public beginning at 10:00am. Participants are welcome to stay once the pool is open for the day.
Pre-registration by July 29th is required. The price is $7 per person. You can register online or by calling the park office at 931-484-6138.
In case of inclement weather this program will be postponed. Guests will be notified by email.
