Come a hoot and a scoot over to Edgar Evins State Park and join SIR Dixie to discover what an owl eats! Become a detective! In this program we are going to work together to identify what kind of prey an owl likes to eat. We will also cover the importance of these special bird of prey, what they do for the environment, where you can see them in the wild, and more!
What you need to know:
· This program will last one hour
- Make sure to bring water and appropriate clothing for the weather.
· No hiking required!
- This program will take place at our Park Office. You can either follow the signage within the park, or put in 1630 Edgar Evins State Park Road Silver Point, TN 38582 into your favorite navigation app.
