Get ready to crawl into the fascinating world of insects by learning about these amazing creatures and use what we learn as inspiration to create your own insect art.
This fun and educational program is recommended for all ages and is perfect for those interested in learning more about what dragonflies and what role they play in our ecosystem. Children age 6 and under may participate with adult supervision.
In this program we will discuss how dragonflies are important to our ecosystem. We will also learn about the different characteristics that dragonflies have, and how we can identify these agile fliers. We will then head outside to collect materials like leaves, twigs, and other cool things found in nature to create our very own insect-inspired art.
