Join SIR Kandace to learn how to weave your own potholder! We will be using a violet inspired design. While we craft, we will discuss wildflowers and their benefits for wildlife as well as some of the history of looms.
This program is suitable for those aged 8 and up who want to learn a simple weaving pattern. This will be a functional potholder that you can use for cooking or to place beverages on.
This program will last around 1 hour and all materials will be provided by the park.
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled.
