This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
During this program, we will talk about the things you need in order to start a fire, how to be safe around fire, and some things that were historically used to start fires. Then, we will build a fire!
This program is recommended for people ages 12 and older who are interested in things like hiking, camping, and/or cooking over outdoor fires. Kids 12 and under may participate with adult supervision and assistance.
This program will last around 1 hour and all supplies will be provided for the program. Please register to ensure we have enough supplies.
**Please Note: Visitation to Burgess Falls State Park is very high on the weekends and parking is limited, so you may want to arrive earlier than the program start time to find a parking spot**
In the event of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
