This event is now history, but we have many more wonderful programs in store for you!
Did you know that Post Civil War, the town of Johnsonville had a thriving African American community? Come join Ranger George for a guided tour where we will learn about Black history, zooming in on topics such as the African Methodist Episcopal Church, Colored Troop Regiments and local culture! Be sure to bring closed-toed shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray and anything else you may need for a short hike. The hike will be roughly a mile and last about an hour, we hope to see you there!
