Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.

The first part of the number is 8 digits long and begins with XX. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.

This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the Tennessee State Parks reservation system.

A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.

Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.

Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.

You will receive a confirmation receipt of your cancellation via email at this same address.

• Reservations may be cancelled up to and including 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date with a refund of all campground fees, minus the $5 advanced reservation fee.
• Cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival date will forfeit the first night's campsite fees, taxes, and $5 advanced reservation fee per campsite.
• Cancellations made the same day as the scheduled arrival, for reservations of two or more days, will forfeit the first two nights' rate, taxes, and $5 advanced reservation fee per campsite. If only one night was reserved, cancelling on the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit all fees and taxes per campsite.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will receive no refund.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit for the first night stay and non-refundable $5 reservation fee.
• Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation fee. Note that the $5 reservation fee is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 8 days or more in advanced will be refunded, less a $5 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advanced will forfeit all paid fees.

Group reservations must be cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date to receive 100% refund of deposit. If cancelled 44 to 30 days prior to arrival date, a 50% refund will be given. If cancelled 29 or fewer days prior to arrival date, no refund will be given.

For family reunions and other blocked groups the cancellation period for a confirmed individual room within the block is the same as a group reservation for each individual reservation within the block.

Event registrations cannot be cancelled online at this time. To cancel, please call the park office.
